4th csection 10 weeks ago. stomach still looks bigger than normal, little weight loss . no pain. is this muscles being stretched or something else?

10 wks PPartum: C/S: With a C/S , the surgeon has an excellent view of potential pathology. With four C/S, and the weight gain associated with pregnancy, combined with a lower metabolic rate of burning calories, it is likely that your abdomen is over-distended as a result. Reduce carbohydrates, gradually increase exercise and depending on your ability to continue, this should resolve.
