Pregnancy unlikely: Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate, as long as one uses the tests properly and knows how to read the results. She can test 3 weeks after sex, or 1 week after missing a regular period. If still worried, she can repeat a test after 1 more week. If a woman has two valid negative results, and the tests were done about 3 and 4 weeks after sex, then she is not pregnant.
