Unlikely: If you had a negative pregnancy test 16 days after the Depo provera, (medroxyprogesterone) it ts very unlikely that you are pregnant and the plan B was unnecessary. You ca n expect irregular bleeding initially with Depo. When in doubt, check a pregnancy test.
