I started using depo provera 150mg in june 2019 until september 2019. i've stopped since then but i haven't had my period until now not even spotting. i've done numerous home pregnancy tests and are all negative. is this normal or should i be worried?

Irregular ovulation: is most likely cause, if not pregnant. This can be from polycystic ovarian syndrome, or thyroid issues, for example. Testing and treatment with your doctor is the next best step. it may take 12 months for the effect of the Depo, to wear off, as well.
