Parathesia: It sounds like parathesia, but since you have it in the hands and feet. It would not be one pinched nerve it would have multiple pinched nerves because the nerves that go to your hands are different than the nerves that go to your feet.Also The nerves that go to your left hand are different than the right and the same for the feet.It may be something more serious and a central nervous system probl
