My doctor isnt listening to me i have been experiencing horrible vertigo on a regular basis and tingling in my hands & arms and feet constantly trough out the day the past few weeks he said it could be carpal tunnel but in my feet? also vertigo?

You're right: Your doctor isn't listening to you. You need to be seen by a neurologist, sooner rather than later. If your doctor won't refer you, find one who will. You will need to be persistent, & most likely a squeaky wheel.
