I have asymptomatic elevated aso titers (1600-2000) as well as anti-dnase b. i got these labs done as my 10 yo daughter was diagnosed with pandas (initially to see if i was a strep carrier). i took different antibiotics, but levels remain high.

Not easy to answer: We do see people with elevator anybody’s without any medical problem. My concern here is who had strep first. This will suggest you’ve had a previous trip exposure. But I don’t know if you got it from her or she got it from you or you both got it from somebody else. Another thing to consider is the elevated levels sometimessometimes are seen in people even without culturing strep
