What is the concern?: That vitamin D level is essentially normal, though other authorities may argue for higher cutoffs. if you are concerned about taking 50,000 IU vitamin D for 8weeks, then I would question your prescribing doctor about the desired vitamin D level that he/she is trying to achieve and why.
