See a GYN doc: Although injectable contraceptives do continue to have an effect on fertility for up to a year after the last dose, it is unusual to stop menstruating completely for this long. I would make an appointment with a gynecologist to be evaluated for this problem. S/he may do blood tests and an ultrasound to rule out any problems.
