It's not the pork: Undercooked or even raw pork (or any meat) doesn't cause diarrhea with cramps. The main cause is norovirus, but food borne infection is possible and so are many other conditions. If no blood in your stools, no fever, and you're not getting dizzy or light-headed, you can drink fluids and try OTC treatment with loperamide (e.g. Imodium) for 1-2 days.
