Depends: A tumor isn't necessarily cancer, and a cancer doesn't always cause a tumor. A tumor is an abnormal mass of tissue. It can be benign (not cancer) or malignant (cancer). The chance of cancer depends on where the tumors are located. The only way to know for sure is a biopsy!
