Ive had syphilis test at 3weeks 4 weeks and 41 days all negative am i good to move on from this nightmare?

Conclusive: If it was a syphilis ELISA or EIA best, it was conclusive at 4 weeks. No matter what type of test it was, the 6 week (41 day) result for sure is conclusive. For sure you didn't acquire syphilis during the exposure you are concerned about.
