Costochondritis: = inflammation of the cartilages between your ribs and breastbone (sternum) is a very common condition. Try applying ICE or HEAT or BOTH (which ever helps most) to the place(s) where you feel the pain! OTC NSAIDS (eg: Ibuprofen) may also help! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
