Prob musculoskeletal: At your age, musculoskeletal chest pain is relatively common. It typically manifests as a sharp non-radiating chest pain, occurring at rest with no apparent trigger & worsened by deep inspiration, coughing or chest movement. It will usually respond to rest, ice & anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen), but you should check in with your primary to see if they agree after a full history & physical exam.
