That could be normal: How long have you had kidney tube? If long enough, it is not uncommon to see some flesh-like granulation tissue around the tube, which can be removed easily with/without local anesthesia. So, see your urologist assure what you described may be. This is not urgent but need to understand and proper topical care timely. Best,,,
