It's been a week since ottis media in left ear im on antibiotics, much better,but when i swallow i hear a louder crackling pop sound from that l ear?

Pop in ear: when you have an infection of the middle ear(otitis media), fluid accumulates in the space behind the eardrum. The crackling you hear is your Eustachian tube opening and closing to help clear that fluid and should resolve as the fluid clears from the ear.
