Bloody nose: your symptoms are consistent with an upper respiratory infection and dryness in your nose causing some bleeding. Would recommend starting on some nasal saline and Mucinex-D over the counter (plain Mucinex if you have high blood pressure). See an ENT specialist if not resolving or worsening symptoms over next 7-10 days
