Unsure: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

Nondiagnostic: Your symptoms are nondiagnostic at this time. Chest tightness can occur with a respiratory tract infection but there's an associated cough. A sore throat often precedes it. Your mouth and throat dryness along with chest tightness can be signs of anxiety and stress which can make one feel short of breath even though they aren't exerted themself. If so, stress management therapy should help.?see MD
