Cymbalta dosing: 20mg of Cymbalta is on the low end of the dosing range for this medication, but everyone responds differently to medication. Some people are more sensitive to medication effects and can have response to low doses. It does take 4 to 6 weeks for an antidepressant to have full effects at a particular dose, so you do have to wait a bit for the effects to kick in.
