If i have a regular cycle and no pain during intercourse and no bleeds in between would you rule out endometriosis and currently have bowel problems.

Why endometriosis?: Your history does not suggest endometriosis but it cannot be ruled out definitively on this basis alone. Probably less likely without issues of pain, bleeding and infertility but would see your GYn to be checked for endometriosis if there is a concern you have it.
