Adolescent periods: Initial periods in adolescents between 10 and 14 years of age are often irregular and sometimes skimpy or prolonged. However, you need to advise your mother or guardian of this problem and the MD can evaluate your last 3 periods if calendar noted and make a determination if there is a problem with your cycle or not at examination.
