Yes, very safe: There is a very small risk of salmonella (a bacteria) from undercooked eggs but cooking thoroughly eliminates that risk. Eggs are one of the healthiest foods to eat, esp. in pregnancy, but I strongly advise choosing organic/pastured eggs when possible. See https://www.foodsafety.gov/risk/pregnant/chklist_pregnancy.html
