Yes: Pregnancy is always possible in a reproductive age female, who is not menopausal engaging in unprotected intercourse. While regular menses are a reasonable indication of ovulatory function and timing; it is not a definitive indicator and should not be used as a contraceptive method. When in doubt, do a pregnancy test and repeat, if necessary.
