Leave it alone: Baby was exposed to the hormones that maintained pregnancy but these were also partly removed by the placenta. After delivery both males & females can have breast tissue enlarge for a few months until the hormone disappears with time. Please don't manipulate /squeeze the nipple. Babes can make milk but if you open the lacteals germs can get in and abscess/destroy the sensitive tissue.
