A member asked:

What is the age range when a child is expected to begin clearly saying words?

Numbers vs clarity: I expect a kid to form some recognizable words by or shortly after their first birthday, but clarity takes time. By 3 they are chatter boxes but only 75% of what they say is clear to strangers. By 4 most will be clear to strangers with a few exceptions.
