What would cause the left side of my chest to swell up to the point it hurts to breathe and i sweat very bad.

See doctor: You need to be examined by your doctor to find out what may be wrong. Lisinopril sometimes cause swelling even after having used it for years without problem but then i don't understand why the swelling would be confined to the left side.
