Myopathy: Go to an ER. With high CK concerned about rhabdomyolysis muscle break down -at that level can cause kidney damage so you need to have significant fluids. , usually IV. This can be from thyroid conditions, inflammatory ( autoimmune) polymyositis,dermatomyositis,inclusion body myositis,necrotizing ,allergic reaction, alcohol, medicaitons, trauma, or infection. Go to ER today
