My nephrostomy tube got stuck when trying to remove it & i was in agony &i now suffer with a thumping ache on my kidney is this because it got stuck.

Depends: It's possible if the removal was more difficult that there may be more inflammation and therefore more "ache". In general, the nephrostomy tube insertion site should be closed/closing and pain should be improving over time, though.
