Nephrostomy: I would recommend you seek medical attention immediately especially if you are having fevers, you might have a urinary tract infection.

Please see: Doctor that inserted the tube. If tube pulled out of your kidney it may not be draining correctly which can cause kidney damage and infection.

Here are some ...: Seek urgent attention to make sure the urine from the treated kidney is draining well with normal low pressure by clinical assessment + physical exam + imaging studies so to decide if re-establishing free-flowing urine drainage by inserting internal ureteral stent or manipulating the dislodged tube back into position is needed or not.
