I am having a white pimple on my middle finger on palm side i am 20 years old,its from inside of the skin and no pain until i touch it.it has been there since one month it is slowy increasing in size.

This probably is not: a pimple, but could be a wart. If it's painful to touch, I would have it looked at by your doctor. He/she can then properly diagnose and treat if necessary.
