Diarrhea: Sometimes a viral gastroenteritis can occur without fever x 2 weeks. Eliminate milk products and ok to give water and BRAT diet-bananas, rice apple sauce, toast and graduate back to normal diet slowly as symptoms improve. Observe for stool blood, fever, emesis and recent travel , can check with MD if symptoms persist or worsen. Welcome to Healthtap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
