Certainly: About 3 ml/cc of semen (the fluid that is expressed/ejaculate during male orgasm and contains sperm among other things) is the estimated healthy amount needed for the best outcome (pregnancy). You may want to consider sending your partner for semen analysis, which can evaluate the semen for quantity (amount) as well as quality (e.g. how the sperm looks, moves, etc...). Good luck!
