Yes, good idea!: I don't know what is in your herbal parasite cleanse pill but many herbs for parasites also kill unfriendly bacteria and yeast. Some may also kill some of our friendly flora. It is reasonable to take probiotics when taking any antimicrobial, be it pharmaceutical or natural. For best results take them at separate times.
