Is it ok to take a probiotic while on nexium (esomeprazole), (esomeprazole) if so when is the best time to take probiotic pill, before or after taking nexium (esomeprazole)?

Yes: I'd take it in the morning. Typically Nexium (esomeprazole) is best taken at night (basal levels of acid are highest at night, so Nexium (esomeprazole) should have its greatest effect, so the theory goes...). So if you take the probiotic during the day, direct effects of either substance on the other is minimized.
