I just took my blood sugars reading and it was 25.4. what should i do as i dont have any form of medications?

Needs treatment: I’m assuming that reading is 254 and not 25.4 otherwise you would be unconscious. If that reading is accurate then by definition you have diabetes regardless of whether it was taken fasting or after a meal. I would see your doctor about getting on diabetes medication and doing a Hemoglobin A1C test which will tell you if your blood sugar has been high over the last three months. Good Luck.

25.4 is very high: and needs treatment. You will need to see a doctor immediately if you have any symptoms. You may need to go to the ED or your GP tomorrow depending on a few things. How long have you been out of your medications? Type 1 or 2? symptoms? how long did it take to get that high?
