Depends : Depends on when this is checked. If fasting, then not normal. If after meals, then it's ok. Blood sugar fluctuates depend on what you're doing. Need to interpret that in context of that.

Ask Who Checked You: Is the tide slightly higher than usual, lapping at the rocks, bad? Is a temperature 1/2 a degree above normal bad? Is a glass of water 3/4 full (i.e. 1/4 empty) bad? Does one goose in the flock, flying South for the winter, but lagging a few yards behind, bad? Is a hot fudge sundae minus the cherry on top, bad? Is one page ripped out of "War and Peace" bad? Whose to say--it depends on the context.
