No risk, no worry: HIV is not transmitted from the mouth. Even oral sex to completion has never been proved to transmit HIV mouth to penis. Tongue contact with the anus or with skin anywhere on the body -- including scrotum -- is risk free. You do not need HIV testing at all. Don't waste your money.
