Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nondiagnostic but at your age serious lung or heart issues would be unlikely. Anxiety could be the cause. You should see your physician who will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. If anxiety is the probable cause of your symptoms, referral for stress management would be recommended.

Short of breath: Could still be cardiac ( less likely due to age and congenital issues would have already manifested), asthma or even reflux. Ranitidine/ Prevacid can help with reflux. For asthma need pulmonary function , for cardiac would need echocardiogram. possibly stress test . Follow up with doctor this week
