It could be musculoskeletal/nerve from neck issues( c- spine xrays or MRI), or shoulder issues ( xrays or MRI) or alternatively lymph nodes in the clavicular area or even from the breast.( xrays of chest, exam, mammogram), or vascular vein compression. Get seen: Pain that is lasting this long and evidently getting worse not better should be seen by a Dr. Based on your brief description, the range of possibilities is quite wide. Could include a problem with the shoulder joint, referred pain from your neck, referred pain from your diaphragm or worse, referred pain from your heart! A detailed history + exam with a GP is advisable.
