Don't hold on treat: Amoxicillin 500 mg 3-4 times per day and even, if no comtraindications, low dose oral steroid; Prednisone 10 mg 1 3x per day, then 1 2x per day, then 1 per day for 2 days. It doesnt cross placenta and will decrease inflammation. Facial soreness, may be pressure or infection, depending on duration may be viral but i'm biased to treat aggressively, steroid is low dose, need 2 b better 4 babe.Gd luc.
