Sle pt w/ bruising along calf vein since thanksgiving,aches. foot started swelling when on short plane trip otherwise no swelling or redness.

SLE foot swelling: Follow up today with doc/ ER you need imaging of your calf and leg to rule out deep vein thrombosis as you are at higher risk since you have SLE and were on a recent plane trip. Deep vein thrombosis can lead to a pulmonary embolism so it is important you get follow up today.
