A member asked:

Can doing kegals with full bladder weaken the pelvic muscles?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Wayne Ingram answered

No, but...: No it won't weaken the pelvic muscles, but it isn't cute to be called "squirt" when you are adult. Empty your bladder first.
