See doctor: Kiegel exercises are exercises to help strenghten bladder muscles in turn help with fallen bladder. You need to see urologist to evaluate the degree of your cystocele and recommend surgery if need. They can discuss about kiegel exercises as well.

Try kegels, but: Learn to isolate the muscle by stopping a stream while urinating. Then tighten and hold the muscle for a count of 10, up to 20 times daily. Don't routinely stop urine flow, but its a good way to start. See a gyn or urogynecologist for other options if u don't see improvement after a few weeks.
