Yes: Heart disease is vague term . Most of the time it congenital defects or valvular heart dz. Rare to have atherosclerosis. The adolesents that have CAD are usually brittle type 1 diabetics or have familial hyper cholesterolemia with cholesterol levels that are extremely high.
