Stay Active: Stay active. Decrease the amount of simple sugars in your diet such as candy, ice cream, regular soda pop. Get regular annual exams to monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol levels in case you have a genetic predisposition. Find an enjoyable, active hobby or exercise activity and stick with it.
