What is the best eye drops i can buy for an irritation on my upper eyelid. ?

Eyelid: Any stye? Apply hot compresses every two hours. Use non-alkaline soap. Could apply a small amount of hydrocortisone cream with q-tip 2-3 times a day. Would have to see MD for eye drop RX.
