Congestive heart: Cardimegaly is a manifestation of viable heart muscle hypertrophy due to cardiomyopathy from multifactorial etiopathogenesis I.e. viral hypertensive valvular ischemic septic etc. Some combination of factors producing this CXR finding are plausible in coexistence.
