When i sneeze i get what feels like mild electric shock across chest/down arms, but today i sneezed & the "shock" was extreme- electric pain for minutes, tears in eyes & had to pull over car - normal? what could cause? (i have autoimmune stuff)

Just a thought: Interesting story....LOOK TO YOUR NECK!!!! A pinched nerve in the base of your neck (C6-C7 CERVICAL SPINE) may be the culprit!!! Ask your PCP for a possible xray (??MRI) to rule this possibility in or out! Just a thought, and hope it helps! Dr Z
