Period nausea: If you are bleeding (like a period) and nausea and pain are NOT common with your periods, first make sure you are not pregnant ( a serum HCG test is very accurate). If your periods are usually painful, with nausea and/or diarrhea or loose stools, you may have endometriosis, which will respond to low dose oral contraceptives. See your gyn provider to determine the course of treatment.
