Bad nausea, heartburn and sharp stomach pain the first 3 days of my period i'm 24 have 2kids and this is the first time i experience this is it normal?

I am ill: No. Of course it is not normal. It is the first time you have this, correct? It very well may not be in any way related to your period. If you are this sick i would get to the doctor. No need to be suffering at home.

Med eval.: It may or may not be related to your period. It appears that you have rectal bleeding & abdominal pain. I encourage you to have this medically assessed. In the meantime, consider use of ginger for these sxs. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep at least 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.
